About the System

Track, assign and verify every error — with clear ownership.

What this system does

The Error Owner & Details Check System is a centralized registry for software and operational errors reported inside the organisation. Each report is stored with a unique Error Code and the reporting User ID, then assigned to a responsible owner.

Anyone holding a valid Error Code and User ID can view the complete report — description, severity, screenshots, recommended solution, resolution status and the assigned owner.

Privacy

Owner contact details are never published by default. Only the fields an administrator has explicitly marked as publicly visible (photo, email, phone, bio) are shown on the public result page.

Name, TU Roll Number, role and department are displayed so that accountability stays clear.

How to check an error

  1. Open the home page and locate the Error Details Check form.
  2. Enter the Error Code — for example ERR-4045.
  3. Enter the User ID of the reporter — for example TU-2026-1024.
  4. Press “Check Error” to view the complete report and its owner.
